After the successful relaunch of the NJ JAZZ RECORD COLLECTOR’S BASH last year, we are delighted to announce the schedule for the 2024 event!
If you’re a collector, you’ll find thousands of vintage 78s, LPs, 45s, cylinders, CDs, DVDs, books, sheet music, catalogs and more in all genres, not just jazz.
The Bash will run from Thursday evening, June 20th through Saturday evening, June 22nd, once again at the Hilton Garden Inn in Edison, NJ.
EVEN THOUGH THE BASH IS STILL MONTHS AWAY, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND AND/OR RESERVE TABLES. WE’D LIKE TO GET AN IDEA OF HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE JOINING US.
If you’re a vendor, let me know if you’d like to reserve 1, 2 or more tables, because space is limited. Below you’ll find complete details.

48th NJ JAZZ RECORD COLLECTOR’S BASH DETAILS
HOURS
- Thursday, June 20th – 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Early Buyers Only)
- Friday & Saturday, June 21st & 22nd – 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (General Public)
VENDOR DETAILS
Vendors can reserve tables* which are available on a first-come basis, and cost:
- For Thursday evening + Friday & Saturday all day/evening — $115 per table
- For Friday all day & evening only — $75 per table
- For Saturday all day & evening only — $50 per table.
*Tables range from 6 feet by 2 feet to 8 feet by 2 feet depending on hotel availability.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your table(s).

- $25 — all day & evening Friday & Saturday
- $15 — Friday evening after 5 p.m. + Saturday all day & evening
